- A credit card is required to confirm any reservation. Special rates and fares apply to holidays, extraordinary locations, or events. Contact a customer service representative for details.
- Cancellation of reservations, if done in advance, must be made 24 hours prior to the pick-up date to get a refund minus the processing and reservation fee (30%).
- For all transportation services, excluding airport pickups, we offer 15 minutes of free wait time. For airport arrivals, we offer 30 minutes of free waiting time on domestic flights and 45 minutes on international flights.
- Additional waiting time will be calculated in increments of 30 minutes at the vehicle's hourly rate. All no-shows will be charged the full rate.
- Please contact us at (305) 363-3033 upon arrival at the airport or port, so that one of our dispatchers can assist you.
- Greeting service is available for an additional charge.
- Trip cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the service date and time to avoid a full charge. Trip changes must also be made 24 hours prior to the service time.
- Gratuity is not included in the base fare.
